True Results is the future of treatment selection and records management in Oriental Medicine (OM).

Our mission is to help you identify the best treatments for you to use in your clinic every day.

True Results will enable you to identify what is really effective in treating your patients; you will determine what points and practices are associated with the best clinical outcomes. By sharing your de-identified treatment data and thereby joining the True Results community, you will find out what is effective in your and other participating clinics whilst maintaining your patient’s confidentiality.

No longer will you feel that you are isolated and working in the dark, you will be part of the True Results community. Together, by all contributing to a common knowledge base, we will now be able to work out what really works in real world practice.

The True Results patient management program conforms to all requirements of the Chinese Medical Board of Australia’s Guidelines for Patient Records, making your practice compliant to this practice requirement.

You will notice the ease with which you can record a patient’s TCM condition, symptoms and treatments and update the patient’s record on subsequent visits, enabling easy tracking of your patient’s progress.

A new method for recording of a patient’s condition; the Chinese Medical Descriptor (CMDD) is central to the program. This is a superior way to report a patient’s OM condition than is currently used; it is validated by Michael Popplewell, one of the founders of True Results, and was developed as part of his PhD.

Papers are in press for publication in academic journals, outlining the features and advantages of the CMDD method of recording an OM diagnosis and once published will be presented on the True Results website.

At True Results we also provide a forum for all practitioners using our system or not, so you will be able to blog about your experiences in clinic, discuss what is working and not, for the benefit of the profession.

Welcome to the future of practice in OM!
