  1. True Results Patient Management Software is a wholly owned business of R M Imports Pty Ltd (ABN 107 175 253) is the provider of this website and service (hereafter known as True Results).
  2. True Results is committed to protecting your privacy by abiding by all privacy laws. Our policy outlines the steps we take to responsibly manage any personal information you choose to give us and how we protect the privacy of end users, clients and members.
  3. This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions for clients and users.
  4. To gain the most benefit from using the True Results patient management system, you are encouraged to share the de-identified treatment records of your patients with the other users of this site. In the initial practitioner setup there is an ‘I don’t want to share my data’ option, which you can check at any time if you wish to withdraw from sharing your patient’s de identified data.
  5. It is your obligation to inform your patients that information is being collected regarding their treatment and to gain their consent to collect this data. There is an ‘I don’t wish to share my data’ option available in the initial setup of each patient. It is the practitioner’s responsibility to gain the patient’s approval to share their data in the True Results program. If the ‘I don’t wish to share my data’ option is checked, this patient’s data will not form part of the treatment search database.
  6. We do not give, sell, or rent your personal information to any third parties unless you give us express permission.
  7. From time to time we may provide further information about our services to clients and users. You may elect to “opt out” from receiving this information at any time.
  8. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer hard drive, not on our site. We do not use cookies.
  9. We store any information you give us on a computer on a data-base in a secure location.

  2. Users can at any time log into the True Results site and record their patient’s treatments and search for the best treatments for their practice. Users and public can record comments to True Result blog.
  3. Users are encouraged to provide feedback to True Results in order to improve our services.
  4. True Results may vary any part of the website and the included offers for any reason at any time at its sole discretion and without written notice.
  5. While reasonable efforts will be made to provide continuous service, True Results cannot guarantee that the website will never be faulty or interrupted but it will ensure that reported faults are corrected as soon as is reasonably possible.
  6. True Results is not responsible in any way for the actions taken as a result of the advice contained in our products.
