True Results is designed to be used without paper, but there will be times when it won’t be convenient to record a treatment on a computer. The first patient interview is a good example, as there will be lots of writing required, and you may not be a good typer! There may also be times when you won’t have internet access.

To fill this void, we have made printable paper forms that you can use whenever you need, which can be entered into the True Results program later that day to keep your patient cards up to date.

We know that after using True Results for a while, you will hardly use this option, as it will become clear that recording patient records is faster, easier and more accurate with True Results than relying on paper.
